Website Step 1 — Basics

Step 1 identifies the website/business and determines which category Sitehix stores for the listing.

1. Website / Business Name

Required. Enter the name a buyer should recognize. Use the real business/site brand rather than a vague phrase such as “my website”.

2. Website URL

Required. Enter the main domain or public website URL. You may type a normal domain such as example.com; Sitehix normalizes website URLs and checks the domain against existing listings.

Duplicate-domain check

1. Type or paste the URL.
2. Sitehix waits briefly, then checks the domain.
3. If an existing listing uses the same domain, the field reports that the business is already listed.
4. If the live check is temporarily unavailable, you may see “Domain check unavailable. We will check again when you submit.”

3. Listing Category

Required. Choose one: Content Website, eCommerce Store, SaaS, Amazon Store, Digital Product, Newsletter, Community / Forum or Others.

Choosing Others

The form reveals Specify Category. That field becomes required and accepts a custom category name up to 100 characters.

4. Country / Main Market

Required. Enter the main commercial/audience market, for example United States, Bangladesh or Global.
