Buying Activity & Invoices
Understand the Buying and Invoices areas of the account dashboard and when records appear.
The account dashboard includes Buying and Invoices areas. These sections become useful when your account has transaction activity generated by the marketplace transaction flow.
Buying tab
The Buying area is organized around Won, Bids and Offers. When there is no qualifying activity, the dashboard may show an empty state such as “No won listings”. Offers and negotiations are currently directed through Messages.
Invoices tab
When a supported accepted order creates an invoice record, the Invoices area can show the invoice number, asset, amount, status and creation date. Available invoice records can be printed or downloaded from the dashboard.
If your account has not completed the related marketplace activity yet, these sections may contain no records.
