Listing Review, Editing & Status
What happens after submission, how to edit a listing and what common listing states mean.
Submitting a listing does not mean it is immediately public. Sitehix stores submitted listings for review and gives the seller tools to manage them from the account dashboard.
Submission and review
- Complete the required fields for the selected asset type.
- Upload the required main image where the form asks for one.
- Review your data and submit.
- The listing enters Sitehix review.
- When approved and published, eligible marketplace members can access it according to Sitehix privacy rules.
Edit an existing listing
Use the edit action from Account → Selling. Editing an existing listing keeps the listing record instead of creating a second copy. For website listings, Sitehix also checks whether a domain is already associated with another listing.
Common states
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not in the normal published listing set. |
| Pending | Waiting for Sitehix review. |
| Published | Approved and available to permitted marketplace members. |
| Sold | Marked as sold in the seller’s records. |
Keep it current
Update price, availability, business metrics and transfer details when they materially change.
