Messages and Notifications are account-level communication areas. Their contents depend on actual marketplace activity.
Messages
Use Messages for buyer/seller questions, clarification of listing details, included assets, price discussions, timing and transfer expectations. Keep important terms clear and specific.
Notifications
Notifications contains account alerts when the current system has something to show. An empty state means there is no matching alert at that time; it is not itself an error.
Safe communication
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, recovery codes, payment-card/bank-login credentials, domain EPP codes or private API keys in ordinary marketplace messages. Sensitive transfer credentials should only be exchanged through an appropriate secure process when the transaction reaches that stage.
