Proof, Evidence & Sensitive Information
How to support listing claims without exposing passwords, private credentials or unsafe transfer information.
Evidence can make a listing easier to understand, but proof should never require exposing credentials or secret transfer information.
Useful evidence
- Revenue-dashboard screenshots with sensitive account information removed.
- Traffic or audience screenshots that show the relevant period and metric.
- Ownership evidence for a domain, product or platform account where appropriate.
- Product screenshots, demos or dashboards that help a buyer understand the asset.
Never share these in a listing or chatbot message
- Passwords or password-reset links
- One-time authentication codes
- Private API keys or secret tokens
- Domain transfer / EPP authorization codes
- Full private payment credentials
- Unnecessary personal identification or private seller information
Hix AI safety boundary
Hix AI should use public documentation and permitted marketplace data, but it should not expose private proof, seller email, seller IDs, admin notes, payment references or hidden fields.
Ask Hix AI using the wording you would normally use, or contact Sitehix support for account-specific help.
