Valuations & Invoices
What these dashboard areas mean, why they may be empty and how to interpret records without assuming unsupported functionality.
Valuations and Invoices are record areas in the Sitehix account dashboard. They may legitimately contain no records.
Valuations
This area displays valuation records when the account has supported valuation activity. If it shows an empty state, there is currently no matching valuation record for the account.
Invoices
This area displays marketplace invoice records when a supported transaction flow has generated them. An empty state means no matching invoice is currently stored for the account.
Need a record you expected?
Check that you are signed in to the correct marketplace account and contact Sitehix support with the relevant transaction/listing context. Do not send card details, online-banking passwords or other sensitive credentials.
