Sponsored Dashboard
How to read sponsorship status, pending requests, active/expired states and renewal information in the account area.
Open Account → Sponsored to review sponsorship activity associated with your seller account.
Pending
A pending request has been submitted and is waiting for Sitehix review. It is not an active sponsored placement yet.
Sponsored / active
An active sponsorship can show the package duration/end date and may show a separate renewal-awaiting-review note if a renewal request is pending.
Rejected
The request was not approved. Review the current live sponsorship instructions before sending a new request.
Expired
The previous approved sponsorship period ended. If renewal is available, use the current Sponsorship page/dashboard workflow rather than relying on the old position or amount.
Queue and placement
Placement can change as requests are approved, expire or are upgraded. The dashboard/live Sponsorship page is the current source of truth.
