Domain Listing Guide
Every Domain wizard field, required/optional rules, domain validation, SEO/ownership evidence and safe transfer notes.
Choose Domain from Sell Business. Enter the domain itself, such as example.com, without https://. The Domain wizard is separate from the website URL form.
Step 1 — Domain
| Field | Required? | Guidance |

| Domain Name | Yes | Must be a valid hostname and contain a dot. |
| Registrar | Yes | Namecheap, GoDaddy, Cloudflare or the current registrar. |
| Domain Age | Yes | Age such as “8 years”. |
| Registration Date | No | If supplied, use a valid date. |
| Expiry Date | No | If supplied, use a valid date. |
Step 2 — Value

| Domain History | Required; explain past sites/use, registration history and why the domain has value. |
Step 3 — Traffic, SEO & ownership
- Monthly Visitors — optional.
- Backlink / Authority Notes — optional; state the measurement source/date rather than presenting an unsupported score.
- SEO / Traffic Proof Links — optional.
- Ownership Proof / Notes — optional; describe registrar or DNS evidence without exposing credentials.
Step 4 — Transfer
- Transfer Method — optional, for example registrar account push or transfer to another registrar.
- Transfer Notes — required; state what is included, expected timing, transfer lock or known restrictions.
Step 5 — Review
The listing enters Sitehix review. GA4 is not required for a domain listing. Never place passwords or EPP/authorization codes in the listing, proof notes or chat; those should only be exchanged through a secure transaction process when needed.
