How to Use Sitehix Docs & Hix AI
How Docs search, direct article URLs, AJAX navigation, dashboard editing and Hix AI knowledge work together.
Sitehix Docs is the canonical user-help library. Every article is a real WordPress document with its own URL, while the Docs interface loads articles with AJAX so users can move between guides without a full page refresh.
Find an answer
- Open Docs.
- Use the left navigation or search box.
- Open the relevant guide. The article loads inside the same Docs shell and the browser URL changes to the article URL.
- Use Previous/Next or browser Back/Forward to move through guides.
Ask Hix AI
Ask a normal question such as “What do I need to list a website?” or “How do I connect GA4?”. Hix AI can use published Sitehix Docs as a high-priority knowledge source, so detailed docs improve AI answers.
For administrators
Go to Dashboard → Sitehix Docs to edit a guide, change its title/content/summary, move it to a section, change its order, publish/unpublish it or create a new guide. A published Docs save is picked up by the Docs-aware Hix AI plugin.
When a workflow changes, update the matching Docs article instead of hard-coding a new answer in several places. Manual Q&A can still be used for short fixed answers, but detailed product guidance should live in Docs.
