SaaS Listing Guide
A field-by-field SaaS guide using the website wizard, including recurring-revenue context, included assets and evidence.
SaaS is a Website category, so it uses the same five-step website form and the same standard validation rules.
Step 1 — SaaS identity
Enter the product/business name, public website URL, choose SaaS, and enter the main country or market.
Step 2 — Business & financials
Complete Industry / Niche, Site Age, Monetization, Asking Price, Monthly Revenue, Monthly Profit and the 150–2,000 character Short Description. Use the description to explain the customer problem, target user, billing model and how customers are acquired.
Step 3 — Traffic & included assets
Enter Monthly Sessions / Visitors, select at least one Traffic Source and at least one Included Asset, then choose Revenue Proof and Confidentiality. If source code, domain, documentation, customer/subscriber data, support processes or third-party licences are part of the sale, make that clear.
Recurring-revenue context
The standard form does not provide separate fields for every SaaS metric. If MRR, ARR, churn, active subscriptions, ARPU or retention are important to the opportunity, explain the figures and measurement period in the description and support material rather than inventing a field that does not exist.
Step 4–5 — Media, review and submit
Upload the required main image and optional product/dashboard/evidence screenshots, review the listing and submit it for Sitehix review. Eligible website listings may connect GA4 after the listing has been saved.
Ask Hix AI using the wording you would normally use, or contact Sitehix support for account-specific help.
