Dashboard Empty States & Placeholder Areas
How to understand empty Notifications, Valuations, Saved Searches and other dashboard areas without assuming an error.
Not every dashboard section will contain data immediately. Some areas only show records after the related marketplace activity exists. An empty panel is therefore not automatically an error.
Notifications
The Notifications area is for account alerts. If there is no current alert, the interface can show an empty/up-to-date state. Use the dedicated Messages area for buyer/seller conversations.
Valuations
The Valuations area displays supported valuation records when such records exist for the signed-in account. If no valuation has been created/stored, the section remains empty.
Saved Searches
Saved Searches is the dashboard location for search/preference records supported by the current marketplace. If the live implementation has no saved record for your account, the panel can remain empty.
Buying / watch activity
Buyer-side areas are populated by the actions currently supported by the marketplace, such as saving a listing to your list/watchlist. Their contents depend on actual member activity.
When to contact support
Contact Sitehix if you expected a specific record after completing a supported workflow and it is still missing. Include the relevant listing/transaction context, but do not send credentials or private payment secrets.
Sitehix Docs describes the controls that exist in the current interface. It does not promise a record, notification or automation that the live system has not created for your account.
